What Funding Options Are Available for Mediation?
LEGAL AID
Legal Aid funding may cover some or all family mediation costs if you meet financial eligibility criteria, meaning £0 cost to you.

Mediation Voucher Scheme
Government support for eligible family cases involving children.

MIAM: from £120*per person (*free if Legal Aid applies)
MIAM Certificate: from £60* per form (*free if Legal Aid applies)
Joint Meetings: from £180* per person (*Legal Aid or Voucher funding may apply)
